Domaine Boudau ~ Patrimoine 2006

This delightful wine has overcome his peak. The taste is still outstanding but it finishes extreme dry. The dominating overriped fruit is still luring. Beautiful flavor. Bread Crust in the nose. Excellent balance, nice fresh touch. A lot of chocolate and nougat. Exceptional. Heart-warming.

Château De La Liquiere ~ Tucade 2005

A magnificent wine and a great personality. Dominating minerality from the schist. Aside glamorous dark fruit. In the background brilliant flavor and subtle wood. It comes wild and animalistic, notes of meat. A lot of power but elegant, slim, fresh and cool. Inspiring depth. Barnstorming.

Amazing fruit driven wine. Unlimited dark and overriped fruit. Extensive flavor with dominating pepper. Also a lot of coffee and chocolate. Substantial with an awesome balance. A little bit minerality brings freshness and impressive elegance.

Château De La Liquiere ~ Nos Racines 2007

A beautiful and luring wine from the schist. Unaffected it provides an outstanding fresh minerality which is leading to a lovely “cool-velvet-silky” mouth feeling. Animalistic with a lot of tobacco and blueberry. Slim and tight with primarily power and a formative flavor from herbs and spices. Amazing.

Château Estanilles ~ Le Clos du Fou 2006

What a gorgeous bottle of wine. Compelling from the beginning until the end. Everything is in a brilliant balance. The wood nearly not noticeable, the very ripe fruit shines juicy and attendant in the background. Noble, reposeful and classy. Enormous multilayered with extensive flavor. Demonstrates terroir all time. Inspiring and great fresh minerality from the schist. Magnificent!
